When will my Daily Headbanger gear arrive?
We print on demand, so give us just a few days to produce your order and ship it out the door. Normal production takes around 3 to 5 business days, then we ship it out. In most cases, you’ll have your new metal merch in about a week to 10 days.
How much is USA Shipping?
USA Shipping for your new gear is broken down by weight but works out to $5 for the first tshirt and a few bucks more for each additional shirt. Mugs are heavy so they clock in at $6.95 and $5 for each additional mug. Worth it though, the monster 15oz. mugs are pretty damn indestructo.
Once you add your merch to the cart, it will tally it all up automagically and give you a choice of shipping methods.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship to Canada! Overseas International shipping is pricey and customs is a drag and too many packages were getting lost, so right now that’t the only non-USA destination we ship to. Email us if you think we need to ship to your country and we’ll think about changing this policy.
CANADIAN International Economy shipping is $8 for the first tshirt, and about $2 bucks for each additional item, and includes tracking. Mugs are $10.95 + $7 for each additional mug. Typically, the shipping time is is 4-8 days to Canada, BUT allow for more time for delays from customs – so think 10 to 15 days total before you get your gear.
Shipping cost does NOT include customs fees. We have no control over that, but understand it can be a bit costly to pay duty on items shipped internationally. We’re bummed, but there’s no way around that.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS
Can I return my merch?
Unfortunately we don’t take returns or make refunds at this time. Remember, your products are custom printed on demand after you place an order in our small sweatshop studio in California. We currently don’t carry any inventory. We can’t imagine you wouldn’t love your new Daily Headbanger gear but if it doesn’t work in some way, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work something out.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Items arrived damaged or got the wrong item? Let us know via email at email@example.com and if it’s our fault we’ll replace it for free, of course.
